Inspired by ancient designs of the Mochica culture in Peru, the sterling silver pendant on this necklace contains a rounded square stone of royal blue lapis. Five small silver beads rest at the top and a triangle of three beads drop from the bottom edge of the pendant to frame the lapis. Nature has provided Tiberio's raw materials, but he has worked with numerous American and Peruvian training partners to refine his skills. Even after those years of investment, it takes a market to translate the resulting skills into a stable living. Worldstock exists at this intersection of business and development.

From a small studio with ten artisans, this line of jewelry has allowed Tiberio to double his core business and contract with an additional 24 family enterprises. Including new apprentice stone-cutters and silversmiths, 80 families now share the income from these sales.
