Which methods of payment do you accept at Psychedelic Rainbow? Any item on our web site with an "Add to Cart" button may be purchased manually from Psychedelic Rainbow by sending a check or money order via snail mail, or purchased online using PayPal's secure credit card processing, or by fax, or telephone.
FIRST! Please email, fax, or call us for a shipping value for your order if it is not included in the sale price indicated online. If shipping is included it will be stated that it is included in the items description. DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
When ordering by fax, please PRINT your card type, number, and expiry date, name on the card, billing address and a contact number so we may verify your information. (Please note all are required in order to process your order.)
DO NOT INCLUDE THE 3/4 DIGIT NUMBER (CCV #) ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD WE WILL CALL YOU FOR THAT! If you include that number and your fax goes astray you will have given someone everything they need to know to use your card online! Let's be careful out there!
Your information will not be stored or shared with anyone...ever! Your card information will be destroyed once your order has been processed through our secure processing system.
We also accept checks and money orders via snail mail. To place an order in this way, please us here at Psychedelic Rainbow for an adjusted price including shipping. Please include the price quoted for each item, quantity required, descriptive name of the item/s and the product code/s if are any quoted. Please include your name, full address and most importantly, your zip code and a contact telephone number. We will e-mail you by return with a final price including shipping.

How do I pay Psychedelic Rainbow via PayPal with my credit card? Psychedelic Rainbow is a verified PayPal business account. Every item on our web site that has an "Add to Cart" button may be purchased via our PayPal Shopping Cart. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart by clicking the item's "Add to Cart" button. When you have finished adding items to your cart, click any "View Cart" button, then when you can see your cart with all your items and you have checked it is correct, click "Checkout" and PayPal will walk you through the payment process from there. PayPal will ask for your Card Verification Number which is the three/four digits printed on the back of your card appearing after and to the right of your card number. Please note our policy is not to ship to unconfirmed addresses. What this means is your shipping address must match the billing address held on record at the credit card company, if these do not match your transaction will be denied.

Will I receive a receipt for my order? Yes. You will receive a receipt from PayPal almost immediately and a confirmation e-mail from Psychedelic Rainbow. Our confirmation e-mail's are usually sent once your order has been processed. When and how will my order ship? This very much depends on what you purchase. Native American reproduction items are shipped within 1-7 days from Montana via UPS, unless you are purchasing a made-to-order item, in which case you will be informed by e-mail of how long it will take to ship.
Goddess Moons items are drop-shipped direct from Goddess Moons in Canada via postal mail and will take 7-10 days to arrive. Please note, Goddess Moons may ship your order in more than one envelope, so your order delivery may be split over a series of days.
Pillowsonic Audio Pillow speakers will be shipped from Montana via priority mail, usually within 3 business days.
All other "Add to Cart" items will ship within 1-7 days unless temporarily out of stock. If this happens we will contact you and give you the option to wait until it is available again or request a refund. If your item ships via UPS, we will e-mail your tracking number to you. Back to Top
What is your returns policy? How returns are dealt with varies according to the item.
